UK kits are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail so should arrive within 1‑2 working days. European orders are shipped via courier to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Q. How do I send my sample back to you?
Please use the pre‑stamped mailing envelope or UPS bag and pre‑paid label included in the test kit. The blood‑spot card needs to be returned immediately.
Q. How long does it take to receive my results?
The lab report is typically emailed to you within 3 weeks from the time the lab receives your sample.
